Salmon and Asparagus

Salmon and Asparagus

Serves 5

Ingredients:

  • 3 salmon filets
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 2 wedges lemon for garnish
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Sauce: 

  • 3 tbsps Soy Sauce 
  • 3 tbsps Apple cider Vinegar

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Trim asparagus stems.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place asparagus and salmon on the tray. Brush salmon with sauce. 
  • Drizzle on olive oil, and crack salt and pepper over salmon and asparagus.  
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
