Warm up
- Toe Touches
- 10 sec hold
- Slow roll up (4 seconds)
- Quad Stretch
- 10 sec hold
- Forward bend hamstring stretch
- Grabbing left and right leg
- Jumping Jacks
- 10 sec
Exercise
*Circuit with 5 exercises. 40 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Each circuit done 4 times through
- Side Step
- Sumo Squat with Pulse
- Glute Bridge with Abductor Squeeze
- Single Leg Glute Bridge March
- Sumo Squat Heel Raise
Cool Down (each exercise, 1 min)
- Straight Leg Crunch
- Modified Bicycle
- Elbow Plank
