Warm up

  • Toe Touches
    • 10 sec hold
    • Slow roll up (4 seconds)
  • Quad Stretch
    • 10 sec hold
  • Forward bend hamstring stretch
    • Grabbing left and right leg
  • Jumping Jacks
    • 10 sec


*Circuit with 5 exercises. 40 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Each circuit done 4 times through

  1. Side Step
  2. Sumo Squat with Pulse
  3. Glute Bridge with Abductor Squeeze
  4. Single Leg Glute Bridge March
  5. Sumo Squat Heel Raise

Cool Down (each exercise, 1 min)

  1. Straight Leg Crunch
  2. Modified Bicycle 
  3. Elbow Plank
