Dannah and Kelly are back! August Workouts and Wine.
Last week Dannah’s At Home Bodyweight routine AND Kelly’s HIIT Dance routine rocked us all. Who would have thought you could get so sore with just your body weight and some sweet dance moves.
But damn, that post workout wine HIIT the spot. Ha.
So good in fact, we are sending over two more workouts to do it all again. This week Dannah will be showing us a 4 Circuit Body Weight Workout and Kelly shows us another Dance HIIT Routine!
Here is Dannah’s Mini Circuit
Warm up
- Toe Touches
- 10 sec hold
- Slow roll up (4 seconds)
- Quad Stretch
- 10 sec hold
- Butt Kicks
- High Knees
- Calf Stretch
- Arm Circles
- 3 forward
- 3 reverse
- Cross Body Shoulder Stretch
Cool Down
- Plank
- :60 seconds
Exercise
*4 mini circuits. Each circuit is done two times through with no rest.

- 20 Side Shuffles
- 10 Push Ups

- 30 Mountain Climbers
