- 4 slices Julian Bakery Paleo Bread™ Seed Medley
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 cup FitVine Cabernet Sauvignon
- ½ cup shredded cheese - (Sharp Cheddar, Gruyere, Fontina)
Heat FitVine Cabernet Sauvignon in a frying pan over medium heat. Add flour and 2 tbsp butter, stirring till thickened. Spread wine mixture on bread, rinse pan.
Put cheese on 1 slice (mixture side up). Place 2nd slice of bread (mixture side down) on top. Spread mayonnaise on sandwich top and bottom, grill both sides till toasty and ooey-gooey cheesy.
If desired, repeat with next 2 slices to share.
Serve with a glass of FitVine Cabernet Sauvignon.
