Ginger-Lime Dressing:

2 Tablespoons Garlic, minced

1/3 cup fresh Ginger, minced

1/8 cup Kosher Salt

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

3/4 cup Key Lime Juice (or any lime juice!)

3/4 cup honey (or agave)

1 cup Canola Oil (or any mild oil)

Mix all ingredients except canola oil

Slowly pour in canola oil until emulsified

Adjust seasoning to taste and keep refrigerated

It makes about 3 cups
