- 3 salmon filets
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Olive oil
- 2 wedges lemon for garnish
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
- 3 tbsps Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsps Apple cider Vinegar
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Trim asparagus stems.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place asparagus and salmon on the tray. Brush salmon with sauce.
- Drizzle on olive oil, and crack salt and pepper over salmon and asparagus.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
