Serves 6-8 


  • Balsamic glaze
  • Strawberries, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup of Nutella
  • Hazelnuts, chopped
  • Cherries 
  • Honey 
  • Basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate, broken into pieces for garnish 
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Baguette of bread, sliced
  • 1 container of fresh ricotta


  • Drizzle bread with olive oil, then toast.
  • Apply a thin layer of ricotta to toasted bread.
  • Assemble crostinis:
    • Add strawberries, garnish with balsamic glaze and chopped basil (salt and pepper to taste).
    • Add sliced cherries, a drizzle of honey (salt and pepper to taste).
    • Add Nutella, chopped hazelnuts, topped with a piece of chocolate for garnish.
